WerQfest is an arts and culture festival highlighting the black queer, trans and non-binary community. Our mission is to use the power of arts & entertainment to create safe spaces & amplify artists, organizations, and voices within the Black queer community. WerQfest was created as a platform to provide powerful, uplifting, and creative content within the LGBTQIA+ community, highlighting the experience of the Black community. We believe in celebrating the artistry, identity, and inclusivity of rising and established talent within the LGBTQIA+ community throughout the entire year.
